I managed to take a snapshot of my avatar, but it didn't come out very well. My avatar is tall and slim with skinny jeans and an afro. In other words, it looks nothing like me. That's one of many frustrations I've had with Second Life thus far. The controls and interface for SL aren't very intuitive at all. I spent well over 45 minutes trying to make my avatar look more like I do before I finally gave up. Perhaps my internet connection isn't fast enough, or maybe I need a better graphics card, but it took many long moments for each place I visited to render, likewise for avatar customization. Hopefully, my experience will improve as I go along.
